Snow and RIP David

We've had the first measurable snow here on the farm.  Enough to push some around with the tractor.

 It was an INSURRECTION.  They were TRAITORS.  It was TREASON.

It is clear from the January 6th Committee that individuals still in Congress facilitated and contributed to the January 6th insurrection.  To date only less significant insurrectionists have served any time in jail. Those in Congress need to be held accountable and indicted, including Trump.

Trump crimes:

1. Obstruction of an official proceeding (18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)):

2. Conspiracy to defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. § 371):

3. Conspiracy to make a false statement (18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1001):

4. “Incite,” “assist” or provide “aid and comfort” an insurrection (18 U.S.C. § 2383):Seditious conspiracy.

If government officials are not charged with the crimes they participated in it will only serve to encourage future insurrections.  

Two years have past since the insurrection and the Garland Justice Department needs to prosecute swiftly, including government officials.
